I work at the layer underneath the doing. It’s the place where your body holds what your mind has been trying to manage, and where your truth has been waiting for permission to finally be heard.
I’ve lived every layer of what my clients bring me: the grief, the loss, and the slow, unglamorous work of learning to trust yourself again. Here’s what I know from all of it.
